We are sure that you will love your Vet Pet NI item, although on the rare occasion that it isn't 100% right for you just send it back and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange.
We require that your product is packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and returned within 30 days.
How do I return something?

Package Your items
After you have contacted us, Package Your Items in its original packaging. Ensure the return is accompanied with a proof of purchase.
Return To Your Vet
Return the parcel to your selected Veterinary practice and notify the staff that it is a VetPetNI Return. Then inform us that your order is with the practice. We then will collect your order. Once back with us we will reimburse you.

Complete the Returns Form
Complete the returns form above with the product information discussed with us. Include the form with your order.
Package Your items
Package your items in its original packaging. Ensure the return is accompanied with a proof of purchase.
Return To Us
Return the parcel to the address on the Returns form. Then inform us that your order has been posted. Once back with us and the return is checked succesfully we will reimburse you.

How long will it be until I receive my refund?
Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you have requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order
