We are sure that you will love your VetPet item, however, on the rare occasion that it isn't 100% right for you just send it back and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange.
We require that your product is packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and returned within 30 days

1. Complete Returns Form
Click above to view our Returns Form. Complete the form with the product information. Include the form with your order.
3. Package Your Items

Package your items in its original packaging. Ensure the return is accompanied with a proof of purchase.
4. Return To Us

Return the parcel to the address on the Returns form. Then inform us that your order has been posted. Once the return has been received, we will then process your refund.

Next, package your items in its original packaging. Ensure the return is accompanied with a proof of purchase.
3. Return To Your Vet

Take it to your selected veterinary practice and let the staff know it is a VetPet return; once you have done this, inform us that your order is with the practice, and we will arrange collection. After the order has been returned to us, we will then process your refund.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you have requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.
