Who We Are
At Vetpet, we’ve been proudly serving pet owners for over ten years. Based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, we began by offering premium pet food through local veterinary practices across Northern Ireland, with convenient click and collect options. As demand grew, we expanded to deliver directly to homes throughout the UK and Ireland, making it easier than ever to keep your pets happy and healthy. Our customers have always been at the heart of what we do. You can read their experiences on our Trustpilot page, and since November 2024 we’ve partnered with Feefo to continue showcasing genuine, independent feedback. Expanding to Veterinary Medicine
From 1st January 2026, new rules for supplying veterinary medicines in Northern Ireland come into effect. To support pet and horse owners, we’ve expanded our services to include licensed veterinary medicines alongside our trusted pet food range.
We are fully registered as VSSCo Veterinary Practice Ltd. with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and listed with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate on the Defra register. Our updated website, launched in December 2025, now offers a wider choice of veterinary medicines and pet food, all in one place.

Meet Emma – Our Veterinary Pharmacy Manager
We’re delighted to have Emma Myles leading our pharmacy operations. Emma is a qualified SQP with over 13 years of experience in the pet industry and a lifelong passion for animal care, with pets and horses of her own:
Hi, my name is Emma. I have always had a passion for helping people and their pets. With a lifetime spent around animals and 13 years in the pet industry, I’m very excited to join VSSCo in expanding their already fantastic online services, helping ensure customers have a trusted local supplier they can turn to.
Emma is supported by a team of part time veterinary surgeons who review prescriptions from local practices and oversee compliance with all regulations. These vets also work in Northern Ireland practices during the week, so they remain closely connected to current prescribing standards and everyday veterinary care.
