Should you encounter any adverse effects, these must be reported to the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) via the GOV.UK service.
At present, we are able to supply prescription items only to customers located in Northern Ireland who hold a written prescription from their vet. This prescription must be uploaded during checkout and will be verified by our veterinary surgeon prior to the order being processed in our warehouse.
Please be advised that each order can only accommodate one prescription. A single prescription may include multiple items for the same pet; however, if you wish to redeem more than one prescription, a separate order must be placed for each.

As this involves a prescribed medication, regulations prevent us from accepting returns of POM-V prescription medicines, even if they remain unopened and sealed.
On certain product pages, you may notice an ‘item legal category’ displayed. Where this applies, specific steps are required to ensure we supply the correct products:
- POM–V: A written prescription from your vet is required, along with additional information about your pet.
- POM-VPS and NFA-VPS: We will need relevant details about your pet, but no prescription is necessary.
