Product Overview

Vetmedin is used to treat heart failure in dogs caused by weak heart muscle or leaky valves. It can be given to Doberman Pinschers which have an enlarged heart due to early-stage heart muscle disease even prior to the onset of symptoms. Additionally, Vetmedin helps dogs with early-stage mitral valve disease, who have a heart murmur and an enlarged heart, to delay the onset of heart failure.
