Once confirmed, add the item to your shopping basket.

Provide pet details and upload prescription
When viewing your basket, you will be prompted to “add a new pet” or select an existing pet if you have previously completed this step. Complete this section accurately for the relevant pet, then upload the corresponding prescription. Acceptable formats include a scanned copy or a clear photo.
Please note: only one prescription can be uploaded per order. A single prescription may include multiple items for one pet.

Proceed to checkout
Continue through the checkout process and submit your order.

After your order is placed, our veterinary team will review and verify all details before approval and processing.
